- Rental requests (e.g., portable bar, card tables, chairs or accessories)

- Mobile bar selection
- Whether you’re providing the liquor or prefer us to supply it
These variables allow for a wide range of pricing options to accommodate your vision, ensuring we meet your expectations without compromising quality.
What Standard Service Includes
Our standard service pricing generally covers:
- Mobile Bar Rental: A stylish and functional bar setup for your event
- Setup, Cleanup, and Takedown: Full bar area preparation and removal
- Transportation: Roundtrip transportation to and from your event
- Necessary Bar Accessories: Includes shakers, strainers, pour spouts, and more.
- Disposable Supplies: Cups, straws, cocktail picks and beverage napkins
- Coolers: For keeping beverages perfectly chilled throughout the event
- Pre-Event Preparation:
- Custom Neon Event Sign creation for added flair
- Cocktail Menu Creation: Tailored to your theme and preferences

Terms and Conditions
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
- Cancellation Policy: To avoid deposit forfeit please make cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
- Travel Fee: Additional travel fees may apply for events outside a 30-mile radius of our base location.
